Bob is awesome - honest, fair, experienced and a real nice guy. His mechanics are experienced and their work is outstanding. These guys were incredible. I stopped in on a road trip having some transmission issues and they got me in and out very quickly. Reasonable prices, especially given my emergency, and very honest and fair with their assessment.
I had been looking to update the AC system on my 91 F-150. I also needed a fuel pump replaced on my 2001 Landcruiser. In both cases, Nelson did a great job. One can no longer expect younger mechanics can work on older vehicles, especially those lacking electronics. I love that I found local guys who are so helpful and knowledgeable.
I have been taking my car to Nelson's since it opened and Steve's before it was Nelson's. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service, their fees are incredibly reasonable and they always adequately explain the cost of their services so I don't feel cheated. I trust them. Also, I get complimentary access and reporting to Carfax car care, so all my service records are online which will be a huge help if I ever sell my car. Thank you!
I took my SUV in for an oil change. The work was done quickly, and I received a report on anything that needed to be fixed in the future. I was told a part would need to be fixed by my next oil change, but everything else looks good. I am not one to wait last minute to fix a problem and I am happy to have someone check the safety of my vehicle even if that's not the reason I brought it in.
